Cancellation Policy
At EMKOartistry, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
đź“Ś Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the service cost.
đź“Ś No-Shows:
• If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged 25% of the service fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
